Question 1

Does this device heal?

Accepted Answer

We don't know, and we don't claim it. No clinical trials to modern standards exist. We build and measure the apparatus so that solid, open data exists. For health concerns, please see a doctor without delay.

Question 2

Then why all the effort?

Accepted Answer

Because no device has been openly measured: ready-made devices only on request, closed designs, no published measurements. We are changing that with a reference device, measurement protocols and free drawings. Whatever the measurements show, we publish.

Question 3

What happens if the result is negative?

Accepted Answer

It gets published in the same detail as a positive one. That commitment is part of the participation terms. A cleanly documented "does not work as claimed" is scientifically worth more than a hundred promises.

Question 4

Why isn't this crowdinvesting?

Accepted Answer

Partners receive goods at cost. We promise no interest, no cash return, no capital repayment and no shares. A cooperative is being prepared; how partners might take part later is settled only after the legal review, in a personal conversation.

Question 5

Can I just buy the device?

Accepted Answer

Not in the first phase. There are campaign support tiers (antenna set, kit, research device, limited to 20). Members already offer parts, kits and used equipment in the marketplace.

Question 6

May I run the apparatus at home?

Accepted Answer

Not without shielding. The spark transmitter radiates over a wide band and disturbs radio reception nearby, which is not lawful. That is why a shielded cabin is part of the project, and the manual treats shielding as a duty, not an option.

Question 7

What is the agro version about?

Accepted Answer

Electroculture: treating seed, water and greenhouses. With plants, whether there is an effect can be measured directly (germination, growth, yield), and no medical regulation applies. We are preparing field trials with control groups; there are no results yet. Later, the agro line is meant to help fund the open research.

Question 8

Who is behind the project?

Accepted Answer

An engineer with many years of practice in high-voltage and RF technology. A portfolio with photos, builds and measurements will appear on the author page. A cooperative to run the project is being prepared; until then partnerships are discussed personally.

Question 9

I have land or a farm — can I make it available?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and it is worth more than money. For the controlled field trials we need plots, greenhouses and farms with documentable conditions. The request form is on the Agro page; in-kind contributions are treated as equal to money.

Question 10

How do delivery and customs work?

Accepted Answer

Devices, kits and antenna sets ship after each production batch; dates are posted in the journal. Within the EU we ship directly. Outside the EU the recipient pays customs duties and import fees. Refund and delivery terms are spelled out verbatim under Legal.

Question 11

Is a Lakhovsky oscillator legal?

Accepted Answer

We know of no ban in Germany on building or owning such a device for research. Operation is what matters: a spark transmitter must not disturb radio services (German EMC Act, supervised by the Federal Network Agency), so only inside a shielded cabin. Advertising such a device with health claims breaks the German law on advertising for medicinal products; it is not approved as a medical device. This is general information, not legal advice.

Question 12

How much does an MWO cost?

Accepted Answer

The amounts of the support tiers are on the “Support” page. We do not quote prices of finished devices from other suppliers because we cannot reliably verify them. What a self-build costs depends heavily on the parts; we publish the bill of materials with the build plans.

Question 13

What is electroculture?

Accepted Answer

An umbrella term for methods that expose seed, plants, soil or irrigation water to electric or electromagnetic fields, for example copper-wire antennas in a bed or treated seed. Reports go back to the 18th century, most without control groups. Whether and when there is an effect is open; that is exactly what we want to measure in field trials.

Question 14

How is it different from magnetic field devices?

Accepted Answer

Magnetic field devices mostly produce low-frequency magnetic fields with coils. The multiple wave oscillator is a spark transmitter and radiates at high frequency over a wide band. We measure how the fields are composed and publish it on the evidence page. We make no statements about health effects of either kind of device.
