Project status
Resonatica is an open engineering research project. The device under investigation is not a medical device within the meaning of MDR (EU) 2017/745, is not certified, and is not intended to diagnose, prevent or treat disease. No claims about health effects are made.
Contributions and refunds
Contributions support the construction and measurement of an experimental apparatus (reward model). If the minimum goal of €8,000 is not reached, contributions are refunded minus payment fees. Below €25,000 the analogue is built from historical drawings and measured. The research outcome may be negative and will be published in full either way.
Partner participation
No public offer of investments. The partner tier is discussed personally; any participation takes the form of a cooperative share (Geschäftsanteil) in a cooperative that is currently being prepared and, once founded, will be audited by a Prüfungsverband. Shares are never coupled with subordinated loans; success-based placement fees are excluded.

Privacy
Only data required for contributions, inquiries and the member account is processed (email, name, payment reference). No disclosure to third parties except payment providers. The full privacy policy follows before campaign launch (drafted by a lawyer).
Web analytics (PostHog, self-hosted)
To understand how the portal is used and where visitors drop off, we use the analytics software PostHog. We run it ourselves on our own server (t.webdelin.com); data is not passed to the software vendor or other third parties. PostHog reaches our server via a path on this website (/ph/) that forwards the data without cookies. IP addresses are used there only to derive country and region and are not stored. We record pages viewed, referrer, clicks on buttons and links, time on page, device type, browser, screen size, approximate location (country/region) and steps such as "account created", "project added", "listing posted" or "group joined" (type and category only). Content you write (posts, messages, listing texts), e-mail addresses and names are not sent to the analytics. Measurement is cookieless: no cookies are set and no identifiers are stored in the browser (no localStorage/sessionStorage). A random visit ID exists only in the memory of the open tab and expires when it is closed or reloaded. No user profiles are created and no sessions are recorded. If your browser sends "Do Not Track", PostHog records nothing. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is improving the portal technically and in content, in particular detecting errors and obstacles. You can object at any time, e.g. with "Do Not Track" or a tracking blocker.
Customs and shipping
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import fees are paid by the recipient.
